As I’m sure you have already noticed, a lot has changed! The two most noticable things are the website and the plans. Why the change? I’m glad you asked.
One of the biggest comments we had was that our website was way too confusing. That was the main reason for the overhaul. I believe the new site will address this issue and make it so that anyone can understand where they are in the website and what they are doing.
The other thing you may have noticed are the new plans and the amazing pricing. This came at the suggestion of our CFO, Roberto Chavero. The thought is that many families and businesses are struggaling at the moment, so we are trying our best to lighten up the burden on others. You may have noticed that along with the price cuts in several services, the unlimited plan is no longer available. We did this in order to compensate for the new plans. Current unlimited plan clients will not be affected by the new plans and their service will still be honored.
We have also added the ability to upgrade/downgrade hosting packages. If you decide you need more space or would like to transfer to reseller status, it is now very simple and can be done through our billing system. The change is instant and the payment is added to your existing contract. The ability to upgrade/downgrade is also available to our current clients, especially our clients with the unlimited plan.
The other thing you may have noticed is that we now have a Free Plan. Have we gone mad? Maybe! Just kidding. The free plan’s purpose is to show potential clients our services exactly as they would be with a paid account, however, there is a very limited amount of space. All features remain available for use and there is still no limit on any of the features, just like web hosting should be. Clients who try the free plan can upgrade or cancel at any time.
